The guys were very efficient and did a very good job. We do have to have a come back on the house, not the guys' fault. It was just something we saw when it rained so hard. There are just a few of the downspouts that need to be pointed in a different direction.

Customer service was impeccable! All my questions were answered every step of the way. There was not only great flexibility with my installation schedule needs, but also with payment options.
My only hesitation is about the lack of follow up after the installation.
I've now had LeafGuard on three homes over the past 20 years. The product has always been excellent and performed as advertised. My only complaint is that your prices have increased astronomically since you eliminated your franchisees and hired salespeople for your company stores. Still, I did recommend LeafGuard to a neighbor. Unfortunately, they balked at the cost and went with one of your competitors with a similar but not quite as nice a product.
