Sales person too pushy. $4000 for a piece of aluminum is outrages. I will never recommend your company to anyone.
I feel I paid a lot for their guarantee the system will not clog. I feel I paid a lot for their marketing campaign.
The price was astronomical and the representative they sent was just a smooth talker who uses sales tactics to back you into accepting.
My job was $45,000,00. Everything Leaf Guard offered was good and seemed to be a big, beautiful agreement. It was a little expensive.
Please look to my closing comments re: how the damage to our siding was handled. Note we kept a log of the communications needed to have Leaf Guard cover the damage...Nearly two months worth! Unacceptable. Complete lack of sensitivity to the home owner. (Read more)...
After the sale there was little to no communication unless i called. My yard was left an absolute mess,with nails,screws, cut off pieces of metal from the gutter install and trash left all over the place. there are definitely a few areas with substandard workmanship.
