We had them installed in August 2025. I had them on my previous home in 2008 and boy has the cost gone up. Never had problems in my previous home, but the install in 2025 has been nothing but problems. The install went fine, but they hang past the edge of the roof, leaves are still getting into the gutters and they now have a grate system so you can clear out the debris. I had the gutters installed and have an issue with gutters hanging out past the end of the house. I was told they would come fix it. It's been 3 weeks and nobody has contacted me to set up a time.
The **** came to my house and I gave her half the money for the payment in cash. She took that to the office they don't accept cash. She took the cash and got a money order they don't accept those either. The contractor that did the job did a great job. When he was he was asking for cash. There was no receipt book or nothing. So no cash was given. It was just a lot. The issues have not been resolved and it's been 2 weeks since the job got finished. I am out of *****. I had Leafguard gutters installed at great expense in 2022. Have had tremendous icicles this winter which pose a risk each time I leave the house or am opening the door. Ice berms form under foot on my porch and deck as the icicles form and melt. Have called the people who sold them to me and installed them several times with no response to my concerns. Have been told that these can be "expected" and that this is not a design problem of the gutters. Have had icicles that are 5-6 feet long and a foot wide and are hanging all ... read more
They will call and harass you from all different numbers even if you ask to be taken off the list. Dont give them your information.
Unfortunately Leafguard, the system has not performed as promised. The gutters continue to clog, and the product does not function in the way it was advertised. When I contacted the company to address the issue and request service under the warranty, I was informed that the warranty would not cover the problems I am experiencing. Do not use leaf guard gutter systems. They came to my house and I like to never got them to leave. But at least the representative was nice. I did tell him I wanted gutters on all of my house. ALL. Of course they came the next day so they could get the money. He did not put gutters on my patio cover in the back. I repeatedly called them and they kept saying they would get back with me. NEVER HIRE LeafGUARD! Within minutes, **** *******, our Estimator wrote in our Service Agreement that we had a HAZARD of a Hot Tub. His own pictures prove that hes a liar. Our issue is the installation of our brand new gutter system, Oct 25.
