Salesman Lee M. Was great . He was honest up front and not a high pressure sales pitch. Provide accurate information. Jose and Daniel, the fabricators, were friendly and efficient. Very good workers. Fernando and Irwin were the installers. They did a site review to make sure the installation went smoothly. They were professional and quick workers. All of the employees we had contact with were very professional and great representatives for the company.
The whole process of sales through installation was great. From the salesman to the project manager (Benjamin) & the crew (Ariel & Erwin), they all kept us informed before & during the installation. Everything was explained to us if when had any questions. The clean up was very thorough. We highly recommend Leafguard.
I saw display for Leafguard at the Pueblo Home Show and scheduled an appointment to review my gutter situation. Jesus explained the Leafguard system and its benefits to keep water away from the home. The installers, Ariel and Irwin, were punctual and ready to install the gutters, and explained what they would be doing. Lee was very informative and even though his boss said he needed to improve his sales tactics, I thought he did a great job! He made me feel like he was working for and with me to get the best deal. I hope that is the case. The product seems like a great product. I still have to see how it is installed and how well it works.
