They were very thorough, clean, and they knew what they were doing.
The sales process, I felt, was a little misleading. While the service has been great, we still have an issue that we believe has not been resolved. It has not rained in a while, but we believe there is still a problem.
This is my second home that has Leaf guard and I have not cleaned it in 13 years. It is a good product.
We are pleased with the quality and workmanship of the installation. The customer service was exceptional!
