The product is a great product. The technicians are definitely committed working in poor weather conditions and well into the nigh. However, there was no clean up done. I’ve paid for 4 new tires on my car and another tire for a friend. No one called us back to offer any reimbursement. I’ve picked up so many screws and metal on my own and so has my husband.
Great product/ quality - feel it is over priced. I would not buy it on my own if I was purchasing it on my own. Price went up considerably from my first install 10 years ago…. Paid $5500 vs $15,000????
The crew forgot to bring important item they needed both days they were here and had to go back and get them.. They were very disrespectful to my plants and landscaping.. many broken plants
We were being pushed. Th system is working but we still get leaves. One of the down spouts has to be drained. My dad has Parkinson's and it is hard for him to do. They messed the flashing up on the roof when they installed the gutters. We wish we would not have done it. It does not work as good as it could.
They did real bad work.
