It's a good product.
The installer, Clay was great! Clay was very professional and aware of what was going on. Whenever I asked a question he would answer it professionally. He was pleasant and easy to get along with. He considered me a part of the installation which I have never seen. Phil did a really good job as well. He brought samples of the downspouts and gave a really good presentation. Everybody was a pleasure to talk to. The product does its job!
