We had leafguard come out just because we were interested in getting covered gutters. Devonta was our sales rep and he did a great job assessing our current situation. We are glad he did because our current gutters were installed poorly and leading to water damage on our recently renovated home. The price on the new gutters was fair and he did everything possible to keep the price reasonable.
No call no show to appointment. Set up an appointment for 9 am. They required me to be on site, which I asked if they could just go and measure and estimate. Nope, need me there! They didn’t show up or even call. Called in at 9:15 All calls go through their call center, and they claimed they sent a message to the branch to call me ASAP. 9:30 rolls around no call no show still, I call back in. Our representative, James Justen, did an amazing job sharing his knowledge regarding the Leaf Guard gutters. He was very trustworthy, easy going and friendly. Great salesman!
I waited to do this review until I met the installers. They represent the company well in every way. Now there's Devonta, the sales rep. I found him to be a wonderful young man, very polite and informative. I am a retired contractor and I asked him all of the hard questions. Devonta was quick to answer every question that I put to him. Tyler worked with me to get me to a comfortable price range. **EDIT** I am changing my review. So over the summer the gutters worked as they should and proved valuable in the fall. In the winter though, by far the worst ice damming I have ever had. This exacerbate the original issue I was facing which lead me to these gutters in the first place.
