We chose to do a partial area of the front of our home to see how effective the gutters were regardless of the presentation. After scheduling the installation we never heard from the sales person again, no follow up at all. We had to follow up with the area manager Trey because the installers did not install what was promised by the sales rep. The sales rep pushed quite hard to lead us to believe that these gutters were far superior to the mesh style gutters. Showing us how the water would gracefully run down the top into the valley and then down the pipe. Unfortunately, that’s not how it works when it rains as the rain hits the top of the new Leaf Guard gutter and splashes everywhere and now there is more water coming off of the roof than there is going into the gutter.
