1) The product seems to working as anticipated but the company itself is an absolute cluster. Sales tactics are ridiculous, (pretending to be on the phone with the top guy, waiting for us to take the "deal"), high pressure and IMO ineffective. We want our money back. High pressure sales tactics. "OH let me talk to my supervisor and see what I can do to get that price down."We took the bait and paid almost $13,000 for a 876 sq home. And they always look dirty, the rain drips right off the bottom and leaves puddles. You have to sweep or spray pine needles off the sides otherwise the water doesn't go into the gutter. Biggest waste of money ever! And they won't come fix anything even though they guaranteed it all.
As a widow and consumer in **, I regretfully accepted the first (high-pressure) salesman, ***** *********, and his offer of $18,000 ($26,000 Retail) on my 1900 sq. ft. 1958 ranch home - 251 L.Foot. While the quality of the product looks nice, my fathers failed after the first huge rain storm, the downspouts were full of leaves. The product sounds great, especially to the elderly, to keep them off ladders and reduce a fall risk. The company has an overpriced product and has an extremely high sales pitch to buy now as they dont want you to think about it. It was about $15K (cost reduced) on a simple ranch house. Non-stop calls after saying no. We listened to a Leafguard sales bid 2+ hours, there was no price quote until the end. Very high sales pressure to buy the day ofbthe appointment. Very annoying followup calls after we decided against the exceptionally high cost. The Sales Manager has yet to stop calling after we asked him to stop. Does not respond to phone calls or text messages. Been calling for weeks regarding an issue and no one gets back to me.
Sales pitch was fine. I was told during sales presentation they would clear old downspouts in ground. The installers came and they told me they do not. Spoke to the general manager he stated I had to hire a plumber. Stopped the install, called a plumber ******. General manager he would give a ****** credit towards my bill. He did not honor the credit. Installers came back did the job. The rain leaked in between the roof and gutters. Called and complained, they came back to fixe the issue. Recently had gutters damaged from Hurricane ****** on 2 Buildings. I called to get a quote for repairs and one of your service guys was at my house the next morning around 7:30 am and took measurements. The problem came with the quote. After a week and a half and having to call twice, I received the quote. To my surprise, Mr. ***** quote me over ********* to replace 110 of guttering. I have had issues for 3 years with the gutters leaking behind .I had a supervisor tell me the system was put on incorrectly two managers said they would replace but haven't replaced .I have called and text 18 times this year so far with no progress.
