I felt George came into our home and professionally explained the entire procedure to be completed by the Leaf Guard professionals. He also gave me Adam's phone number if I did experience any problems. I had to call Adam and he PROMPTLY answered my phone calls. I called him twice and both times my issues were immediately taken care of.
I would give it a 3.5.
