When the seller came he checked around the whole house outside and inside. He pointed out that the reason the water was hitting the windows was because of the old gutters not been installed properly . My wife told him about wood been damaged by the water. He verified it, apparently because how much water was hitting the back door. He said the problem would not longer exist.
