The product is a good quality, but after the installation was done and I spoke to other customers, I feel that I was taken advantage of on the price. The salesperson did negotiate a lower price than the opening bit, but $13,000+ as a starting offer is incredibly pricy for gutters and downspouts.
They provide excellent service. They cleaned up very well after the project was completed. The installation was done in a timely manner.
