Miscommunications between sales and installers caused problems. Incorrect installation in one area caused water problems. It took numerous phone calls to multiple people to have this corrected. All is fine now. The quality of the product is good. Communication among staff and customer is poor.
It was expensive but the quality is very good. The service was excellent. The product is holding up to my expectations.
Their workmanship and salesmanship were excellent. They delivered what they promised and I'm very satisfied with everything.
I had previously had a leaf guard system in Frederick Md installed in 2000. Had to call leaf guard to take a bees nest out and tighten down the top corner cap. The new system was installed on house being built and had to wait for contractor to get house to point where system could be installed. The work appears to have been done well and expect the same experience as I received in Frederick.
