Personally, I had a lot of situations. They came out a total of 5 times to get the original job done. Initially, I was told everything would be taken care of. I knew I had a difficult situation, because I had a structure that made it difficult to get on top of the roof. I had to call my power company, and it took an additional 2 weeks.
