Everyone made sure I talked to someone on the phone to "welcome me to the family" or make sure everything went smoothly, which was great at the time of the sale and installation. I haven't heard from anyone since, which would kinda be nice. I have a friend to refer, but I'm not going to go out of my way to call.
Overall installers were evidently not trained properly on pitch of the gutters and care of personal grounds property but tearing up my bushes with ladder placement. Regional guy came by and made it right so thus the score of 8. If the Reginal didn't make it right, it could have been a 3 score.
E planning and install went flawless. The product itself looks terrific and has worked as advertised. Love it.
Their price is pretty high.
Concerns about pricing at beginning of the process. Very high at first, too high. Too much barr going on. I want fair price on first shot. You have a great product but poor price effort.
