She was very knowledgable. I felt that she really cared about me and her concern seemed sincere. She even called the next day to check up on me. Highly recommended.
She is wonderful and I have never had any problems with her. So rare these days to have someone who puts the patient first. She gives you 100% of her time whether your there for the sniffles or for something much more serious.
I went to her father since I was a child and I'm thrilled to be able to continue with his daughter! Dr. Ortiz is very thorough and spends a lot of time with her patients.
Dr. Ortiz is very caring and really took her time explaining everything to me and answering all questions. I would highly recommend her.
Her heavily restricted office hours make it near impossible for scheduling. My experience has been that she and her staff ignore what the patient says. I've gone in for previously diagnosed and treated conditions where she not only ignored my health history, or quite possibly never read it, she ignored me directly when I told her what my treatment had been prior. This resulted in permanent damage to my skin. I would not recommend this office.
Dr Ortiz blew me off when I went to her seeking help with a constant problem. She didn't want to hear anything I had to say and told me flat out she didn't think there was anything wrong with me and she couldn't help me. She took several phone calls while in the room with me and barely examined me other than trying to shove me out the door. I wouldn't recommend this practice nor would I go back. If you can't find time for your patients then don't bother to call yourself a Dr.
