I could not recommend Leah and her team enough. They had the most competitive rates, sure, but they moved mountains to get us into our home at the best price possible and we were ready to close a week and a half ahead of time because they're so on top of everything. Leah also provided sound buyer's perspective that we would not have been privy to otherwise. If you're shopping around, go with Leah and team.
Great experience and highly recommended. I worked with Ana primarily. However, the entire Guild team was amazing. Ana was very helpful and easy to work with. She was upfront regarding details related to my mortgage and did everything she could to get me the best rate/points.

On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, Leah & associates at Guild are a 10!! You're crazy NOT to finance with them if you have a choice. Seriously professional, accurate, speedy and kind. This is our 3rd finance or re-fi with Leah and she's a dream to work with.
Leah and her team are AMAZING. They made the entire process of purchasing a home so easy!
