Alison was a dream to work with. Communication is a key component in any business transaction, so thank you Alison for giving me that. What I do have a big problem with is, after reviewing the CDs (closing docs) sent to me days prior to closing, everything looked good, only a couple mild tweaks. But upon the final CD, the day (Friday) before closing that Monday the PMI was increased by a whopping 38% from the company Stockton used. If Stockton could bring it back down they would get 10 stars.
