RecommendedCouldn't be happier with Learning RX. This is our second experience here for our 8 year old and we have recommended it to others. The assessment is eye opening. I have a 12 year old son who was really smart but struggling to get c’s in math for not showing how he got his right answers. He was also having trouble in other classes because he couldn’t stain what he learned during tests. Our son started Learning RX six months ago. He has made many improvements in his ability to follow multi layer directions along with listening skills. He was also involved in the Reading RX program and he is able to sound out words and not get frustrated while reading at age 9. I would recommend this program for helping with processing skills as we have noticed a big difference in his ability to process information that is coming at him. Sherri C.
When our 7-year-old came to Learning RX, she disliked many of her school subjects. She absolutely dreaded reading. She is intelligent and creative, but just couldn't apply phonics rules to reading. We tried different “systems” with no success. She would painstakingly sound out words, but by the time she got to the end of the sentence, the meaning was lost. My son is just graduating from the program. He worked with a great trainer, loved going, and made great gains in his cognitive skills. An added bonus is the warm and welcoming staff! Would highly recommend.
My daughter is just about to graduate and we couldn't be more happy with her progress! Alicia is a fantastic trainer and found a way to make learning fun while really challenging her to push herself to the next level.
