Our family is so blessed by this amazing place. Our son was in a bad motorcycle wreck and had a 1% chance to live with a traumatic brain injury and we have seen him excel because of Learning Rx and got Student of the Year in 2011 there. We will always tell people about this wonderful place.
The staff at Learning RX in San Antonio were so friendly and showed great patience. Though it was hard work, they made it fun! And everyone was so excited about each of my accomplishments. The people radiated positivity! The program isn't like tutoring- it's challenging and FUN. Games that you can see yourself improving at, each week.
I am a homeschool mom and this was our second year to do Kindergarten with my daughter. She just could not seem to wrap her brain around the concept of reading. A few weeks after we started the Lift-Off program with her, it was as if a huge weight had been lifted off her shoulders. Taking my 13 year old son to LearningRx was a huge leap of faith out of desperation for a cure for the struggles that he had. We made the right choice. After years of frustration trying to not just find a label, but a solution for my daughter's learning disabilities, I was overjoyed to find Learning RX. She hasn't been in the program long, but her attitude about her work and her general confidence has already improved. I love the one on one teaching. She is absolutely in LOVE with her instructor, Madeline. What a perfect match! We are so happy that we have made the sacrifice with our time and finances to make this happen!
