Learning Rx in the Woodlands was so support to my 6 year old son as he progressed through the Lift Off program. They ensured that he and his trainer were a a good match and that he was engaged and felt successful in his learning. The staff at Learning Rx were great with my then 10/11 year old daughter. Not only was she matched with a Great trainer, I saw improvements in math, reading and self confidence. She actually said, 'I do know how to do math'. It was money well spent. Would highly recommend.
My teenage son finally started to show responsibility and self-sufficiency. This was directly related to his training at LearningRx. He had a very motivational trainer who continuously challenged him to achieve at a higher level. KayCie was awesome!
It helped our son to improve his cognitive skills especially in processing speed, and math facts. It also helped him on how to manage different levels of frustration.
Ms. Mira was always patient and positive with Eric, even though he could be silly and get off task. He loved coming here - even on a Saturday. We are just so appreciative of all his progress and believe the program and Ms. Mira are the reason he has made so much progress.
Highly recommended. At the beginning of the program we didn't see much improvement. But there was a point when suddenly it was like a turn on button. This program is designed for each person and it needs commitment on time. Rewards are invaluable. My 11yr son was struggling at school. He didn't like to read, home works took too long, and after finishing his program, we saw a lot of improvement. His words were "This year school is so easy!" I'm sure this was because Learning RX. My son's trainers were awesome! They really seemed to understand his style of learning and adjusted the program to fit him.
