The Jacksonville Beach Lee & Cates Glass location offers residential, commercial, auto glass services. The branch opened in the late ‘70s, and has been serving the residents of Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, and Ponte Vedra Beach ever since. Each of our glass technicians is NGA certified, and manager Jeremy May and his team of glass experts take care of regular and returning customers from the Beaches area, as well as many clients who are just visiting the beautiful beaches area.

I had an issue with a few of my windows after a cleaning service cleaned them. The windows were not on the tracks and I called your team and requested a site visit to correct. It apparently was a minor issue and your professional came in and corrected quickly. The best part, he did not charge for the call. He just requested a referral. I have used Lee and Cates before and will only call your company for any future window needs. Thank you so much for everything.

Originally had an estimate, then repair guy showed up did great job very nice . He did damage the other window trying to help me close it . He did promise to call back and replace parts, after two weeks I had to report since no call. When was all done and said he cane out fixed it in no time . So thanks for fixing our issue and being honest and fair .
