I contacted Lee and Cates glass in Arlington because I wanted the dining room wall covered in a full length mirror. When I spoke to the rep he was very kind and polite. They came out the same day within an hour. The service man also was very nice and polite and professional and treat me with great respect. The service reps measured my wall and explained the process. The employees did a good job when I went to get my frame measured, they were polite both on the phone and in person. The product itself, a mirror, was very nice and the frame I left with them came back with no damages. The only small thing I might say would be I had to call them and see if my order was done, I didn’t get a call letting me know it was done. But overall, they did good.
