RecommendedI had to have a windshield chip repaired. Tammy was very friendly and professional and helped me to get an appt quickly. The technician, Joel, was really helpful, courteous, and quick. He did an excellent repair and even cut a piece of glass for me. I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service. I had my front windshield replaced and within a week the corner began to crack. I returned and spoke to the manager about replacing it at which time I was told “ well that’s what glass does it breaks!” Needless to say safelite put my next one in and guess what it still hasn’t broke.

Unfortunately, spontaneous breakage is something that does occur in our industry, even when quality glass is used and proper installation technique is followed, so it is often hard for us to determine where the issue comes from.
