We had a vexing glass issue arise at our church in downtown Jacksonville. A large pane of glass on the 3rd floor of a stair structure between two buildings had a good-sized segment of the glass break out crash to the ground outside. The type of frame normally has the glass installed from the outside but that was not possible in our stairway.
