Justin, the installer, arrived a few minutes early and proceeded to remove the old, broken frame from the outside front door glass. He took great care removing and preparing the door glass for reinstallation. He replaced the outer frame with the new one, reinserted the front door glass, then inserted the new indoor frame and its trim pieces. Upon completion he thoroughly cleaned up the work area. Lee and Cates replaced four large windows on the backside of my home. Each window was approximately 4 feet by 8 feet. Both gentlemen were prompt and professional and did an absolutely great job. always polite and courteous. This was great customer service. I highly recommend them for your window needs.
