Sam was a pure professional. Arrived promptly and did his work expertly without haste. He advised me of the process in advance and repeated best practice for care and safe operation after the job was done. I’ve used Lee and Cates before and they never fail to impress above and beyond the call. Sam should be in management!
My windshield was replaced very nicely. The Lee & Cates repair man was at my home promptly for the appointment and had called a couple hours prior to make sure the time we set was still a good appointment time for me. So far it looks good and very clean Inside and out. They also assured me that they handle the insurance end of it which was great..
Henry was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was at my house on time and finished the job quickly so as to not interrupt my evening. He even went out of his way to give me some tips and advice on how to handle the condensation on the window ledges. Thank you Henry.
