Very easy to make an appointment. Denise, the hygienist was wonderful, very thorough, personable, and easy to talk to. Dr. Kahn stopped in but only for a moment and I felt like I didn't have enough time with him to talk or ask questions and that he didn't have enough time to make much of an assessment.
The dentist and his assistant were very informative, answering all my questions. While the difficult procedure was going on, there was sensitivity to my need for a break and just catch my breath. Only when I indicated I was ready again did the procedure continue. Obviously, I sensed their concern for my personal well being which also gave me confidence in their care. I was vey pleased with my experience recently. From the front desk ladies too Dr Paul. Cleaning and inspection was very thorough and was very happy with results. I am looking forward to have new crown installed with some cosmetic dental done soon.
I was hurting a lot when I came in so some of my visit is a bit of a blur. Other than the byte wing gadget hurting (which they all do to some extent) my visit was good. The main problem I have is, finding out your problem but not having any money to pay for one procedure much less several doesn't help my situation. When the medications are gone the pain will come back and I will be back to square one; in pain with no money. Bottom line is, I need a low monthly payment plan. Thank you for your service it was good.
