what a great office! I am so glad I found you. Everyone made it a pleasant experience for me, from the first person who answered my call to the last moment of my visit paying the bill. Those are not usually experiences I would call pleasant! But the staff at this office is not the usual experience. I found a sense of instant trust with you. I appreciated the information you gave me and the time you took to explain my treatment plan.
My appointment was of an emergency nature after years of neglect. I am phobic and avoidant of dental care. On this Labor day weekend the pain associated with a broken and infected tooth was greater than my fear and avoidance. I called and from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the wonderful doctor.....I was treated with respect and kindness and the emergency addressed professionally and effectively. Thank you Thank you Thank you. (And it didn't hurt and I wasn't embarrassed or humiliated, which is my old fear.)
The staff was very nice and polite, and explained my visit very thoroughly. I enjoyed my time there and will be back.
I especially want to thank Cassie for professionally handling our difficult insurance situation. I was ready to pull my hair out, and she said today she has a contact and has it down pat.
always have a quality appointment when I go, the dentists go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and will help you out any way possible, the ladies in the front are always very nice and helpfull, highly recommend this office for your dental needs
This was only my second time to this office but all the staff is wonderful! Everyone is so nice and you can tell, they all enjoy working at this office! I'm so happy I was referred to them.
