It was special. Even though I was hard of hearing, they listened and got allot done. I have already recommended to a friend. They have me good directions. They did the xrays. They did some gum work. They applied for me a health credit card and told me what I.can expect. I love the people. Very professional. The Three biggies, cost, quality, timing to the customer were excellent. Customer Service and Care This group is amazing, I called this morning as a new patient for a minor emergency and they saw me this morning, took care of my problem, also explained an in house dental plan that looked so good that I signed up for it and was able to take advantage of the benefits with my bill today. The dentist was great, very pleasant and explained exactly what he was doing to my tooth. I hope my future experiences are just a wonderful

High quality service, very friendly atmosphere At first the neighborhood was a little upsetting. Thought maybe I would be disappointed. The office on the outside isn't anything special to look at. On the inside it blew us away!! It was one of the most beautiful dental offices I had ever seen. State of the art equipment and the latest in everything. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Very friendly staff but a little rushed I went to the office for the first time this morning and found it to be very clean (however I wish they put on new gloves after they touched keyboards). The staff was very friendly and I waited less than 10 minutes before they came and got me. My only real complaint is that when Dr Kane finally came out to speak with me and review my X-rays ( i also had a cleaning done). Finally a Great Dental Staff! Dr. Kane and Staff are great! I appreciate that procedures are explained very well and questions are encouraged. I appreciate Dr. Kane's friendliness and how interactive he is with his staff. Also, I've noticed when a staff member comes in the room to get a supply or anything they have acknowledged the customers/patients in the room with a friendly greeting. I lost a small bridge for my upper teeth and was so glad that I could get into the office to have it checked. I was a new patient and everyone treated me with respect and concern. The receptionist was polite and welcoming. The hygienist was interested and showed care. She made the X-rays needed easy to do. The dentist was concerned and although he was unable to resolve the problem, provided information and advice that will be helpful when the next decision on what to do is made.
