The closing attorney was extremely rude. In the current Pandemic, he was noticeably irritated with me asking him to wear a mask. He was also extremely annoyed that i parked less than 10 feet away from the handicap area, which I was asked to park in. I was not comfortable parking there due to the amount of cars and traffic in that area. When I explained this the closing office the woman was obviously annoyed and passed the phone to the attorney, who was also annoyed. AWFUL Experience!

Lee has been great. On the other hand the underwrites that Lee and myself have had to deal with are terrible. I'm deployed overseas and while my wife and everyone was at the closing the underwriter asks for a document that was not achievable at the last minute and it has caused undue stress on Lee, my family, my friend who had to miss work to be there to sign, and the sellers. While Lee was great, I will feel shocked and abused by the underwriting process.

Lee and Dylan have great personalities and stayed it contact with me throughout the entire process. I feel the organization is very unorganized. At the closing, my attorney who was a realtor for many years said he really expected Churchill to be a top notch company but ended up being the worst he's ever dealt with. At one point I was willing give up the home if need be just to be done with Churchill.
