John Sheppard who is on Lee's team was not a great customer service rep. I had to follow up numerous times and that should not be the case. I've asked to be communicating via email and that wasn't honored. He kept calling me with no substance other to say "hi" and "check in."

Lee had assumptions that I know everything about the loan process. (which he does everyday for living). If I had not asked or take initiative from my side, I would not have closed the house. Things like verifying and clearing with me about the need to sell the house before closing of the new house, going over the closing disclosures (numbers) with me, informing about the loan amount can't change after rate lock would have helped me with a lot of stress and unnecessary conversation. It was an interesting experience.
