good but longer than necessary The sales process was fine. It was the three hour wait process that was not. This was a cash deal. It should have taken an half hour MAX. We missed lunch, as did your employees, but I don't care. I rated you pretty well over all. Please do not call me about this review.

All was good except one thing! Advertising department needs to get there adds out when the dates says. Not 18 days later than add reads.... $500 to $2,000 cash bonus could mean a lot.. 4 stars not 5 as I was told by a boss that there was always room for improvement

Amazing Service It was first experience in buying a brand new vehicle and my experience couldn't have been smoother. Everyone at Lee Nissan was very helpful and answered any questions I had.
