Out of this league Everyone was so welcoming it made my purchase worth the money spent the team work expectations were so over the top I smiled just letting me know I was definately in the right place! The customer service was out of this league I have never been to a car lot that treated me like the car I'm buying it felt good I felt good thanks!

2017 Nissan Armada Purchase Could not have asked for a better "car buying" experience. Keith Travis has definitely set the bar high for other salesman to try to reach. He was amazing! His laid back approach to selling was refreshing and truly made us feel at home. Questions were answered. Tons of information given. Incredible incentives were applied. Trade in credit was good. Awesome service! I initially made an inquiry online, and the lady that helped me was very helpful. Tanner ended up being my salesman and he was very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot in picking my new Rouge. I never felt pressured into getting something that I didn't want and the buy process was easy. I wasn't in the dealership for hours on end, like I have been in the past at other places. I would highly recommend Lee Nissan and they are very helpful with military members.

Peaceful vehicle buying experience! Normally I expect to be very stressed in a car/truck buying process. Not so today. AJ, very pleasant, showed me the truck I wanted to see, didn't try to steer me towards anything else. He put my truck's info into the Kelly Blue Book trade-in value app. He then had the appraiser verify the information and value. AJ then took the package to the Sales Manager for approval. Happy Camper We enjoyed the whole red carpet experience, patient and courteous sales and finance reps: Mark Ellis and Steve Bishop made us feel like family before the experience was over... and service departments Heather Reichard insured us that our relationship and service would not stop at the point of sale... Now if Nissan lives up to the bar set by their sales and service department with quality and dependability we will be return customers...
