Time of purchase The products were fine and the salesperson went above and beyond to meet our needs but my complaint, if I had to have one, would be with the dealership management. We sat at the dealership for, in my opinion way to long and we never once spoke with a manager in our vehicle negotiations. Amazing experience I have bought quite a few cars in my time, but NEVER has the process been as satisfying as this one. Mr. Morgan and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. Most of the transaction was done via phone, and, by the time I got to the dealership, all I had to do was sign the papers! I've had longer wait times at restaurants.
