The best sales team! Les and Junior were so welcoming and easy to talk to...I was not even planning on buying today. But with the price and beautiful Versa I couldn't say no! The financing was a breeze thanks to Joel! I commented that I couldn't believe how nice everyone was there. And he said "Welcome to the south!" 3rd Nissan This is my 3rd Nissan and 2nd one purchased from Lee (they were not available for the first). Les Hutchinson was so good the first time, I went back to him again. I like the CVT transmission it offers the power on take off and smooth transition between gears based on how much you press the gas. Good for the most part It was a great experience for the most part. Mark Anthony did his job quite well and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and we received prompt service as we showed up on each day. Lee Nissan was by far the best dealership we visited throughout this buying experience. Sickening to sprightly This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! Originally, I was so nervous I wanted to throw up (thank goodness for the permaplate!). But after working with Tj and Joel, and hours of hysterical laughter, I left Lee Nissan a happy camper (with a tent!). Seriously- amazing people to work with!
Time of purchase The products were fine and the salesperson went above and beyond to meet our needs but my complaint, if I had to have one, would be with the dealership management. We sat at the dealership for, in my opinion way to long and we never once spoke with a manager in our vehicle negotiations. I am not an experienced car buyer, I keep my cars for a long time but I thought this was odd to not negotiate with a manager or even speak with one. Amazing experience I have bought quite a few cars in my time, but NEVER has the process been as satisfying as this one. Mr. Morgan and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. Most of the transaction was done via phone, and, by the time I got to the dealership, all I had to do was sign the papers! I've had longer wait times at restaurants.
