Above and Beyond all expectations From the friendly greeting, total product knowledge, and old fashioned customer service, we were overwhelmed with the friendly staff and no pressure atmosphere. As this was a surprise for my 16 year old daughter, the salesman supplied red bow capped a wonderful and emotional experience. Just couldn't have been any better.
