We were out of town on vacation and our alternator went out on my 2007 Nissan Murano. From the moment we contacted Lee Nissan we were treated with great customer service in diagnosing and fixing the problem. The dealership provided complimentary customer transportation getting us to and from our hotel and the man who drove us was so friendly and helpful! They were very quick on getting everything ready. The car detailed and ready when they said it would be. Some of the paperwork did not get filled out completely according to Missouri DOR, but it not often someone comes in from Missouri and pays cash for a vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and our salesman to anyone who asks. Went to Florida on vacation and came home with a sweet ride.
