The dealership personnel were very helpful. The vehicle was not in stock at the dealerships from Mobile to FWB. It was disappointing to have to wait 6 weeks (Summer 2022 under the Joe Biden administration) while our vehicle was "in transit" but that was not the fault of Lee Nissan or our salesman. Be sure to go to the poles this November to vote out the politicians who are contributing to outsourcing, inflation, higher taxes, and arrogance toward God.
Best car buying experience I have ever had! ! Alysa communicated with me ahead of my arrival at the dealership and was super straightforward and answered all of my questions. My salesman Korey is awesome! He was waiting for me when I pulled up to the dealership and was very respectful of my time, and he definitely sped up what is usually very time consuming process. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from a Lee dealership and have been very happy each time. As always, the sales staff and all other personnel I encountered were courteous, friendly and helpful.
We were out of town on vacation and our alternator went out on my 2007 Nissan Murano. From the moment we contacted Lee Nissan we were treated with great customer service in diagnosing and fixing the problem. The dealership provided complimentary customer transportation getting us to and from our hotel and the man who drove us was so friendly and helpful!
