I came in for an oil change on my 2019 Nissan Altima and walked out with a 2021 Nissan Rogue. Unlike some experiences at a dealership, Nissan never fails. Koray was so very kind and helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service has ALWAYS been exceptional and because of that, I will continue to keep coming back and sending everyone that I know here. Koray was amazing, I never felt pressured or bullied into to anything. He give me the impression he was going to to be okay wether I purchased the car or not. I went I for oil change ended getting a new car. Customer service was awesome.
