My first time at Leela Eco Spa a couple yesterday, and it was an overall fantastic experience. Friendly, warm and professional staff and a soothing ambiance. Would definitely recommend.

Did not get certain areas I asked for done, left feeling no relief or any better than I did before going in. I was repeatedly told I needed a massage and I shouldn’t be getting acupuncture (I have been getting acupuncture for 15 years). Overall, very poor experience and won’t be booking back in.

Acupuncture experience was not great. I could feel the needles going in and ended up bleeding in one of the points. Of all the years I’ve had acupuncture, this was probably the most uncomfortable experience. Will not return to Leela for acupuncture.

Did.not get my regular massage therapist as booked. The receptionist was not concerned or fussed about it. The massage was just okay and I imagine Lani was hurt and confused that I hadn’t booked her, even though I had. It would have also been nice to get an email when our VIP membership was up as well. Cannot find any info on VIP on your site. Was it cancelled? Would be nice to be informed.
