It was my first time here, I'm a wine and charcuterie board connoisseur so I'm always excited to try new places. I loved the ambiance and the service was attentive and friendly. Beautiful crowd and great bartenders! I will definitely be back with my friends and family!
Second time visiting and I really enjoyed the Tulum pop event. Really made me feel like I was back in Mexico. The inside of the bar decorated so beautifully and the drinks were on point and not just talking flavor but the appearance of the drink as well. We also got a cheeseboard. Great cheese and meats but maybe incorporating a meat that is beef would be a good option. Will be back for a nice girls day out!
Yes, ambience and decor is important, but if the customer is ignored and not even acknowledged by one single employee at your establishment, you've got issues. 10 minutes and zero eye contact or communication from anyone working there. Perhaps, we don't fit the "type" that they like to serve, either way we got the vibe they didn't want to help us so we just left.
Went to leela's for the first time to go to their extremely aesthetic tulum pop up. The whole interior of the place was decked out to theme. From the smell of incense, to dim lighting with greenery, it was just beautiful and felt like I was sitting in a resort in Mexico. I ordered the tulum inspired Paloma, but asked the bartender to substitute the tequila for vodka cause I am not a tequila girl. It tasted amazing and was perfect. Loved the whole vibe and the drinks! I will be back for other pop ups!
I LOVED this place. The decorations were so original and I've never seen this before- you walk in and feel like you really are in a jungle in Tulum!! Monique was our server and she was dope. She had great recommendations, and she brought my friend a free chambong for his birthday! My only negative feedback is that I wish the wine was served in wine glasses rather than cups, but it did go well with the original theme of the place. Can't wait to come back.
Really cute vibe in this place! Feels like you're in Tulum. Didn't love the incense smell but I guess that's part of the vibe. We ordered a ton of food, the favorites were: Tuna Tostadas Shrimp ceviche Fruit board (watermelon & tajin, yum) Fine but not great: Mussels Beef carpaccio Jicama tacos
Bustling tonight with all the people- open seating. Quite a crowd tonight. Popped over to the bar and I got the bartender's attention long enough to ask a few question- she was kind of abrupt but answered my questions thoroughly enough. I know it was busy, but she didn't seem like she wanted to be bothered. We found a table outside- cute vibes and decor. Love the set up. Super small inside and not a lot of room to walk between the wall tables and bar. We just wanted a little desert so we ordered the tart. Rich and sultry. Pr... read more
Amazing drinks, what I love about this place is that they will do there best to make you any drink off the menu if you want. We walked in and sat at the bar. Timothy and Rodger assisted us. The best customer service I have experienced. If there is any particular drinks you like, they will make it happen! Cheers!
Was very excited to try this place, nice ambiance and concept. Horrible/Non existent service!!! Drove 40+ minutes just to try this place. Sat outside for a while without being helped. Stood by the bar and still no help, once I finally got a hold of a bartender, they said "what's up? scan the menu" and disregarded me. I am very understanding but this was at 3pm, the place was not even crowded. Please take your money elsewhere.
