Owners/managers for the business replying to these comments are full of shit about contacting them with issues. I have reached out every possible way about my poor experience, even sending an email per their request, crickets. Even requested an email back from them in a survey THEY sent out... crickets. It is impossible to reach them. Don't go to Leela's. They don't care about the customers while there and certainly don't care about the customers once they have your money and you're gone.

We were let into the bar then 5 minutes later after we ordered we were asked to leave because someone supposedly complained but were given no details on what happened. Terrible experience and service.

My partner and I were seated rather quickly for what seemed like it would be a great meal and some drinks. The hostess told us there is a 90-minute time limit. Okay, great! We ordered some pizzas and some drinks. Our server changed shifts so we had a new server not long after receiving our pizzas and first round of drinks. Well, 63 minutes into our meal (we had time stamps from pictures we took as soon as we got inside), our server said we have to leave soon because a reservation is coming in for our table. Although the drinks are great, our server was so rude. When seated, we were told we had 90 minutes. An hour later, we were told the table we were seated at had a reservation that arrived. I couldn't even finish my drink. Also, the lower Greenville location doesn't take reservations? Rude for what? Gross.

Very disappointed! IG says Friday and Saturday's are walk-ins only so we didn't make a reservation. Showed up at 11:45 to get a table only to be told it was reservations. They put us on a wait list and we went to the bar. 6 tables open for an hour while we waited. After we complained after waiting an hour and a half they found us a table. There is still a table open next to us while people wait at the bar.

One of my favorite cocktail bars! Leela's is an adorable spot, perfect for a girls night out or anyone who appreciates a cute aesthetic. They go all out for seasonal decorations, and I'm always excited to see what their new themed drinks will be! I almost always get the seasonal flight! They typically make their drinks on the sweet side, but for those who don't like to taste the alcohol, this is for you! Had a great holiday experience with friends at Leela's. The decoration is so cute and festive. All their holiday drinks were AMAZING. They all were festive and sweet. The charcuterie board was great. They had these watermelon rind that were sweet and a little sour. Best thing on the board. The pizza was good too. Super thin and crispy. Leela's is such a cute wine bar with a cozy vibe. Heads-up, they don't take reservations, so it can get pretty packed, especially around the holidays. Their festive Christmas menu was so fun, with great cocktails and tasty bites. The espresso martini flights were a highlight, and the mushroom pizza was delicious. Definitely worth checking out!
