Verified Renter Decent place. I think it's overpriced for what you get. The lease terms are insanely long to get a reasonable rent price, and you get less for what you pay.
Verified Renter The property is good but leasing office is unhelpful, maintenance is slow and their reason is that they are always understaffed. The location is good.

Verified Renter I’ve been in my new apartment for almost 2 months now. So far it’s been a good experience. The move in was mostly smooth with a few minor hiccups that were quickly resolved. I’ve had several maintenance request that were quickly fixed and for the most part the apartment building is clean. I haven’t used any of the amenities yet so I’ll update the reviews then.
