Verified Renter We moved to Legacy North Apartments yesterday, and while the apartment itself is good, we encountered an issue on our first day of moving in. To our surprise, we saw 30-40 cockroaches coming out of the kitchen. It's concerning that pest control wasn’t done before handing over the apartment. Although there are no other complaints so far, health and safety must be the top priority.

Verified Renter It’s nice living here. There’s so many pools and I like that. I like that they have community events as well. There’s also a free gym. And it’s a great location

Verified Renter Decent place. I think it's overpriced for what you get. The lease terms are insanely long to get a reasonable rent price, and you get less for what you pay.
Verified Renter The property is good but leasing office is unhelpful, maintenance is slow and their reason is that they are always understaffed. The location is good.
