Verified Renter Hectice move in wasn’t told about all the items I needed to complete until day before move in, worn answer to calls or emails that I have on unit or general questions.

Verified Renter It is important to mention some details that are good regarding property security changes, the new app that allows you to open the doors and gates of access to buildings and parking lots is good, but some doors and gates do not work, they are broken. The area is good to live in, and it would be good to also update the garbage processing points and the Laundry rooms at least in phase-3 (I think that being close to the garbage compactor has arisen bad smells in the Laundry room)

Verified Renter Overall for apartment living very quiet place to live. If you have any issues they respond very quickly. Very walkable area to shops and restaurants which is a big plus. Took away one star because despite numerous emails about regulations on being a smoke free community, nothing seems to get done very quickly and so residents should expect to deal with indoor weed or cigarette smells despite best intentions.
