Great living space with a great selection. Talking to Cassadi was nice and easy, and she showed me exactly what I was looking for. If you want a good rate and good space check this place out!

The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms have lots of storage. The kitchen and living area are on the smaller size, but that's to be expected for college apartments. Maintenance is responsive and non-intrusive. Its a relatively quiet and safe location and conveniently in walking distance of fsu. Overall, it's a pretty nice place to live

Thanks so much for your review, Amelia! Our 2 bedrooms are SOOO spacious! Plus the laundry rooms/closets in the 1 bedrooms are chef's kiss. The kitchen and living room in the 1 bedrooms are the perfect size for just yourself, but they are a little more spacious in the 2 bedrooms! Our maintenance supervisor Troy is THE best!
The rates are great for what you get, it is very close to campus, and the staff is very attentive. It is a little hidden so it feels very safe being here.

I've been a resident of Legacy Student Living for three years and it's allowed me to live out my monotonous routines in perfect peace. The location is right next to Stadium, giving me access to 3+ bus stops and a 10 minutes walk to the center of campus. The rooms are spacious and make up for the fact that the neighbors don't pick up after their dogs. However, Legacy does provide them with special totes and waste bins for such matters. I live in a one bedroom apartment here, and I would highly recommend! The apartment complex is only a 7 minute walk from where I need to be on campus; a very convenient location. They also offer free printing in the business center, and furniture packages so you have one less thing to worry about on move-in day! I have no complaints!

HUGE bedrooms and 5-10 minute walk from FSU campus! (20-30 if you are going to the East side of campus) Maintenance is very prompt and works quickly and efficiently! Employees are super friendly! The resident parking is abundant and close! (visitor parking is a little tough but honestly anywhere in Tallahassee is like that) A wonderful experience, I highly recommend living at Legacy!
