Yoany was awesome. Communication, follow up after the sale, and was down to earth throughout. Very personable. It would be five stars if we didn't have to wait so long to get the paperwork done. Not sure what happened but it took a couple hours, at the 'main dealership' up the driveway (vs the used car center). Everyone was very helpful and friendly, it just too far longer than necessary.
