My wife & I recently purchased a Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid from Fareed Masoumi at Leif Johnson Ford in Austin. The truck is an extremely difficult model to find. This dealership is very unorganized and a lack of communication makes working with them quite difficult. You have to follow up very often to get answers or problem solved. I could go into detail all day, but will save the time and keep it short and sweet. at the end of the day, I was happy with my purchase and customer service by Rashi. It was just the process of getting the vehicle that was a hassle.
Very simple processes made car buying simple. The car was as advertised and I would recommend the dealership
I've been buying new vehicles for 38 years and this was the smoothest transaction I've made yet. The communication has been spot-on. They were knowledgeable in their product, fair on pricing, and had it sitting in my driveway within 3 hours of notifying me it was available. I never left my living room.
