I found them knowledgeable, honest, helpful and transparent about prices and all expectations. I met with salesmen at Leif Johnson and their two competitors in Austin to get a feeling for the people and the dealerships before placing an order for my 2022 Ford Maverick. I usually dread having to go to a car dealership but I cannot recommend Leif Ford enough. They were very fast responding to my online inquiry. They were very timely with updates and letting me know the expedition had arrived at the dealership. Thomas was very nice and had everything ready to go at the appointment time we scheduled. Excellent customer service all around from ordering the vehicle to its delivery. Only complaint is that upon delivery, the navigation computer module in the new vehicle did not work, and it's going to take months to replace.
Nick and Alain went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got the deal I wanted in a vehicle. Never were they in the attitude of take it or leave it. They kept fighting and fighting until we got the deal I wanted! Couldn’t be more happy.
Awesome customer service! The truck we wanted wasn't available in stock to view but one of the salesmen owned one and happily let us sit in, check everything out and go for a drive. We placed our order and just took delivery this weekend. Very happy with our purchase and the service we received from everyone at Leif Johnson Ford.
