Received a prompt follow up call from the Customer Service representative, apologizing and offered a "detail' of my vehicle to reward me for bringing the issue to their attention. Ken Diamond the service manager was excellent and took great care of me. MHF gave my vehicle back after 6 weeks of repair. Not only was it not running right, but there was engine coolant still leaking from the vehicle.
